Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received, typically within 2–3 business days once payment is verified.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel any order that may require additional verification or that violates federal or state laws.

Backorders

From time to time, certain products  may be placed on backorder due to limited production runs or high demand.
If your order includes a backordered item, you will be notified by email.

While we strive to fulfill backorders as quickly as possible, no specific timeline can be guaranteed.
Production and fulfillment depend on material availability, manufacturing schedules, and current demand.

Customers with backordered items will receive periodic status updates until the order is fulfilled or canceled at their request.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship using reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on your location and order type.
Standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days within the continental United States after shipment.

Tracking details will be emailed once the order ships.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service.
Free or discounted shipping promotions may occasionally apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Restricted States and Legal Compliance

Federal and state laws restrict the sale, shipment, or possession of Forced Reset Triggers (FRTs) and similar devices in certain areas.
To maintain full compliance, Texas Apex FRD-3 does not ship FRD products to any location where these items are prohibited or restricted.

Orders from restricted states or jurisdictions will be automatically canceled and refunded.

As of this policy’s effective date, FRT-style devices are prohibited or restricted in:

  • California

  • Colorado

  • Connecticut

  • Delaware

  • District of Columbia (Washington, D.C.)

  • Hawaii

  • Illinois

  • Maryland

  • Massachusetts

  • New Jersey

  • New York

  • Rhode Island

  • Washington

Important Notice:
Firearm and trigger-related laws change frequently. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify the legality of FRT or forced-reset devices in their state or locality before ordering.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that all items are sold for lawful use only, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that may violate state or federal regulations.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or international addresses for restricted items.

  • Some orders may require signature confirmation to ensure secure delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and contents.
If your shipment is confirmed delivered but reported lost or stolen, Texas Apex FRD-3 is not liable, though we will assist with the carrier’s claim process when possible.

Returns and Cancellations

Due to the specialized and compliance-sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped.
Returns or exchanges will be accepted only in cases of manufacturing defect or order error.
Orders may be canceled before shipment; once a tracking number has been issued, the order is considered final.
